INSTALLATION FEE: $25.00 in advance. Plus time and material charges for work done inside the home. Hourly rate is $40.00.

Analog & Digital converters are available for lease. Analog converters are ONLY needed for sets that are NOT cable ready.  Digital converters are needed for the digital tier service.

Company policy requires payment of the monthly charges due upon receipt of the bill and the account is considered delinquent if not paid by the 30th of each month. All subscribers will receive a final notice if the bill is not paid by the 30th.

FOR ALL SUBSCRIBERS DISCONNECTED FOR NONPAYMENT:

BEFORE SERVICE CAN BE RECONNECTED: 
1. The past due balance must be paid
2. The reconnect fee ($25.00) must be paid
3. The fee for current month must be paid in advance

If disconnected for nonpayment, reconnects will only be done the following day.

Be sure to enclose the bottom portion of your bill with your payment to insure proper credit is given to your account.

A service charge plus labor & material charges may apply if you ask us to adjust your set, connect another channel, or install additional outlets.
