Paul Kuntz, Central Office Supervisor
Paul started with the Mediapolis Telephone Company in 1974 on the construction crew. He then worked as an installer repairman for several years before entering the central office as technician. Paul currently oversees our plant and central office operations. He and is wife are lifelong residents of Mediapolis and Paul also serves on the town’s volunteer fire department.

David Gerling, Combination Technician
As a combination technician Dave has the most experience with business telephone systems. He is one to see if you need a system set up for your office. Dave started his career with Mediapolis Telephone Company as an installer, then moved to construction for some years gradually ending up in the central office being trained on the switches. He has specialized in telephone systems for many years. The Gerling’s have enjoyed making their home in rural area between Burlington and Mediapolis.

Jeff Kerr, Installer Repairman
In 1978 Jeff left his position with Farm Services and began working for Mediapolis Telephone Company. His flexibility allows him to work both the construction crew or as installer repairman. Jeff is another very involved community member as he is currently a Lion’s Club member and volunteers for our ambulance crew and fire departments. He and his family are longtime Mediapolis residents.

Alan Ruschill, Installer Repairman
Alan grew up in the Mediapolis area and started working for the telephone company in 1979 shortly after he graduated high school. The variety of jobs that Alan has performed shows in his ability to work construction, installer repairman, and most recently as a trained central office technician. The rural life is what keeps Alan living in the country between Burlington and Mediapolis with his wife and family.

Bob Levinson, Construction Lineman
Bob is our most senior employee as he has over 30 years in with Mediapolis Telephone Company. We rely on him to bury new cable, repair cable cuts, and upgrade plant facilities. Bob currently calls Burlington home.

Kerry Kline, Construction Lineman
Full-time farming is Kerry’s background. He came to the company in 1997 as a part-time employee which worked into a full-time position for him. He is currently working the construction crew and also does installing and repairing. Kerry & his wife Angie & son Blake reside in the country on his farm and continues to farm the land.

Rhonda Klenk, Customer Service Rep.
Rhonda began her career in customer service in 1999. Having always lived in the Mediapolis area, she is familiar with many of our customer’s faces we see day to day as they stop in to pay their bills. Rhonda enjoys working with people and spending time with her family. She and her husband and 2 children live just east of Mediapolis.

Angie Rupe, Office Manager
After leaving the HON Company in 1996, Angie took a bookkeeping position with the Mediapolis Telephone Company. She currently oversees the day to day office operations and tries to keep things running smoothly for our customers. Rural life is her choice as she and her family live south of Mediapolis on their small farm.

David Hazen, Computer Specialist
After owning his own computer sales and service store for over 15 years, Hazen Computers was purchased by the telephone company in March of 2005.  Dave has a tremendous knowledge of computers and is a great resource to our customers.  He is in charge of customer sales and service of computer systems, our internal network, and our ISP operation.

Holly Fletcher, Customer Service/Accounting Rep.
Holly joined MTC Technologies in May 2010.  She previously worked for the City of Morning Sun as City Clerk.  In her new position, Holly will be performing accounting and customer service duties such as Accounts payable, assisting customers with telephone/cable and Internet issues, and other office duties.  Holly lives in Morning Sun with her husband and two children.
