Your deposit amount, plus interest, will be refunded at the end of 1 year if you DO NOT receive ANY disconnect notices or have had no checks returned by the bank.  The deposit refund will appear as credit on your monthly telephone bill.

There is an $25.00 charge to reconnect service after it has been disconnected for nonpayment of the bill - collected at time of payment, to reconnect the service.

Our bill is out by the 10th of every month and is due upon receipt, and no later than the last day of the month. Accounts not paid by this date will have a fee of 1.5% late payment fee applied for each late payment.  Payment in full is required each month to avoid disconnection.  Recurring monthly charges are billed for the current month and the long-distance charges are at least one month behind.  The only long-distance carriers that MTC Technologies bills for is MTC Long Distance, AT & T and Iowa Network Services.  Other long-distance companies may send a separate bill.

To check long-distance company rates, you must call the companies directly.  A list of phone numbers will be provided upon request.  There is a $10.00 charge each time you change your long-distance carrier.

Standard wall or desk phones & miniwalls rent for $1.50 per month.  Trimline wall or desk phones rent for $3.00 per month.  If you rent our phones, we will service them at no charge to you.  If you provide your own phones, it is your responsibility to keep them in working order.  If your equipment causes line outages, you may be charged for a service call and repairs.
