Telephone - General Information Deposits Your deposit amount, plus interest, will be refunded at the end of 1 year if you DO NOT receive ANY disconnect notices or haven’t had any checks returned by the bank. The deposit refund will appear as a credit on your monthly telephone bill. Reconnection Fee There is a $25.00 charge to reconnect service after it has been disconnected for non-payment of the bill. Payment must be collected before services can be reconnected.

Monthly Bills Our bill is out by the 10th of every month and is due by the 30th of the month. Accounts not paid by this date will have a 1.5% late payment fee applied to the bill. Payment in full is required each month to avoid disconnection. Recurring monthly charges are billed for the current month and the long distance charges are at least one month behind.
